What Tangible Feed is

Tangible Feed collects the articles, newsletters, and feeds you save and composes them into a magazine you can print. You can use the core of it without paying anything.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.

Inbox

Inbox is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe in US dollars. The current price is $5 / month. It gives you a private email address that feeds your saved articles. It renews every month until you cancel. Access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds of checkout. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period: access continues until then, and the charge for that period is not refunded. Details are in the refunds and cancellation policy.

Print Edition

The Print Edition is a monthly subscription that includes everything in Inbox plus a bound edition of your unread articles, printed and mailed within the United States only. Each paid month includes one print credit, good for one mailed edition. Near the end of your billing month, your edition is composed from your picks and your unread reading and mailed automatically; you can also curate it or order it yourself at any time before then. Canceling stops the next renewal, not the print benefit already included in the paid period. It comes in two printings: black and white on cream paper at $25 / month, or full color on white paper at $35 / month.

Changing plans

You can switch between any plans on the Premium page, and upgrades take effect immediately: your billing month restarts that day at the new price. Upgrading from Inbox credits your unused Inbox time toward the new charge, and your print credit is available right away. Switching between the two print editions starts a fresh month at the new price with no time credit, because each print month already includes its book; any credit you already have stays usable. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal; you keep what you paid for until then, and nothing is refunded mid-month.

Acceptable use

Save, forward, and print material for your own personal reading. Don't use the service to store or distribute anything unlawful or infringing, and don't try to break, probe, or overload it.

Payments and security

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to our servers. We accept the major credit and debit cards Stripe supports, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All charges are in US dollars (USD). Listed subscription prices exclude sales tax. Where Tangible Feed is required to collect it, Stripe adds applicable tax using your billing address for Inbox or your delivery address for the Print Edition. Tax is recalculated at each renewal, so the tax line and total charge can change if your address, local rate, product treatment, or Tangible Feed's collection obligations change; the subscription's listed base price does not change when that happens.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
